I used to be the person working so hard trying to make my life work, constantly trying to make my life flow and feel easy.
I used to ignore my intuition because I was scared to make a wrong decision that would impact my life negatively.
I used to make excuses about why I allowed things I knew weren’t right for me, because I was scared of the alternative.
I used to downplay my struggles and emotions because I was too proud to admit that I didn’t have it all together.
I used to over rely on my masculine energy and didn't value or trust my feminine energy.
After 3 burnouts, 2 painful relationship breakdowns and 1 near death car accident, I decided it was time to try another way and learn HOW to trust myself, back myself and follow my desires.
I decided I wanted and deserved more...
I got to the point where I was done with feeling lost, stuck and confused with where I was going.
I knew the only way to experience something different to what I was experiencing was to choose another way.
Was I scared and doubtful? Yes.
Was I unsure of my direction? Yes.
Was I unsure of my destination? Yes.
All I was sure of was that I needed to make a shift, pivot, and move towards what I truly deep down desired.
I know that my choosing myself and shifting the ways I moved through life got me to where I am today.
I am confident. I trust myself. I love myself. I believe in myself. I'm excited about what I'm creating in my life.
And, I'm excited for my future and the mystery of what's to come around the corner.
